Welcome to “ACTIV2E” Leadership!

The “ACTIV2E” leadership model provides guidance and techniques to assist Civil Air Patrol leaders with their efforts to effectively develop, coach, empower and lead their organizations, staffs and teams to higher levels of performance.  The ACTIV2E leadership model can assist in providing you with the same leadership skills and techniques used by effective aviation leaders throughout history.  ACTIV2E leadership provides those in leadership positions with the basic tools to effectively communicate ideas and motivate followers to handle the dynamic challenges and accomplish the ongoing missions faced in today’s Civil Air Patrol.
 
The NHQ Professional Development division has provided you with the ACTIV2E leadership model in the form of seven educational modules for you to learn from and use in everyday leadership situations.
